The customer wanted an L-shaped desk to fit precisely in her son’s room to provide a comfortable surface for homework.
We made the desktop in solid oak with square edges, and joined the two parts securely underneath with integrated worktop bolts.
By avoiding the use of glue at the join, the desk will be easy to take apart as necessary for house moves and renovations.
The surface is warm and natural while the box section steel legs give a slight industrial look.
